This cafe is absolutely delightful, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. I can't get enough of their acai bowls, which are perfectly blended and topped with fresh fruits and granola. Their breakfast items, are simply delicious and a great way to start the day. I also love their Sticky Tea—it has a wonderful blend of spices that warms you right up.
The customer service here is always friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome when you step in. The prices are very reasonable given the high quality of the food and the portion sizes. Though it tends to be busy at all times, the staff provides fast service, ensuring you’re never kept waiting too long. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal and relax!

This is hands down one of my favourite cafes EVER. Having dietary conditions and enjoying food isn’t easy for me, however, they have the best dietary friendly AND delicious food. Vegan buckwheat waffle is my favourite. The various types of coffee and smoothies also tastes and feels so good! Have been there so many times AND recommended this cafe to all my friends and family. Tbh, I always try to visit whenever I’m near Braddon area. Keep up the amazing work y’all 💪🏼💘
PS. Really looking forward to the collab to show more people what an amazing cafe this is (stay tuned!! @swishdas on instagram)!

One of the best cafes in Canberra. Food is made fresh and delicious and with the concept of healthy dining at their heart. Their menu is so comprehensive that you can always find the perfect meal that fits your lifestyle and needs. Drinks are great as well especially their master brew like chai and matcha latte that are well prepared with genuine ingredients and flavour. Atmospheres are warm and energetic and you can sit outside and enjoy sunshine. However, whilst I can understand it’s worth pointing out that sometimes the cafe is a bit too busy and this is when the service and management become a bit less satisfying.

Fantastic coffee (rich flavoured beans extracted in the right time for exceptional balance combined with perfectly steamed milk) and great tasting food. A mixed atmosphere that was a tad noisy in the industrial style decor.
Service was with a smile and relatively fast despite the busy morning rush.
Breaky wrap tasted great and the other dishes leaving the kitchen looked just as enticing. Price was on par with other café restaurants of similar ilk (ie a little pricey but at least it's quality).
I've found my breakfast for the future trips to Canberra.

Eighty Twenty Cafe, Braddon, ACT.
We had a fantastic breakfast experience at the Eighty Twenty Cafe in Braddon. The coffee was beautifully brewed, perfectly complementing the delicious bacon and egg rolls and the lightly toasted raisin bread. The service stood out—
friendly, efficient, and impressively quick, ensuring we were well taken care of without any delays. A perfect spot for a satisfying start to the day. Highly recommend!
Does this capture your experience well, Paul? Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Just an excellent cafe especially for breakfast. The menu is comprehensive and diverse and guaranteed there is something for everyone. The serving sizes are very generous Try any of the Acai Bowls that are beautifully presented.
I would have given it 5 stars (See below), but for the chairs..... OMG, they are so noisy, metal scraping against bare concrete. Please, please, please stick some furniture tips on them. :-) Otherwise, it is a great place to eat and chill.
EDIT: They fixed the chairs! Yay!

Very good pre-piercing lunch. The vegan burrito bowl was absolutely delicious! The person at the till didn’t speak until I asked to order so it felt a bit awkward as I didn’t know if she was ready to serve or not but everything else was pretty damn great.
Review update 2 months later and the place is still excellent! Got the green eggs with beans this time which is so tasty and not heavy at all. Iced coffee is so tasty too. Also very puppy friendly

This is my reply to the owners reply. First of all thank you for your reply this means you guys really care about us customers.
Sorry I don't remember properly if it was a Monday or Tuesday but she was not in the dress code and wearing pink something. They were all in a hurry burry to go smwhere and my brother says she is somehow related to the owner. I should have asked her name and am changing my previous rating due to not remembering the day properly.

A visit to Eighty/Twenty has been on my to-do list for some time. But been there, done that has moved things onto the must-revisit list now. I had Berry the Fast Smoothie and Granola, sitting at an outside table. Next Hot Air Ballon Festival is a long way off, but I do plan to add E/T to that trip, too… And now it’s time for another Berry the Fast Smoothie, but, being lunchtime, it’s helping a salad along…

Went here on a busy Saturday for brunch with the family. I couldn’t believe how good the service was despite it being extremely chaotic with the orders flowing in. I can safely say all the food was spotless with the proteins being perfectly cooked whilst offering a burst of flavour and more than adequate portion sizes, a true hidden gem in Canberra. So I’d recommend everyone to try out this cafe for a full culinary experience.
Thank you!

If you are in Canberra, up early and looking for a coffee and great food, then Eighty Twenty cafe is what this week seasoned traveller recommends.
I ordered the house muesli. WOW! look what arrived.
Passion, excellence, a sprinkle of the unexpected, quality of ingredients, and great taste are essential to giving a 5 star rating.
It is with pleasure I give the highest rating possible to this humble little establishment in downturn Bradon, ACT.

Very nice cafe in Braddon. Coffee is good, plenty of vegan options, we tried the avocado mushroom toast and the green nourishing bowl, both made vegan with scrambled tofu. Vegan waffles are also delicious. The food was very tasty. The only downside is that the food arrived 30 minutes after the coffee, so coffee was already cold. The place was very busy. Overall, we liked it and would definitely come back.

Great prime spot you won't miss out. Was just dropping by for a quick brunch bite and was blown away how good the coffee & Matcha latte tasted & presented, it's perfection to me, its party on my taste buds. Great vibes indoors & outdoors, friendly & attentive staffs. We ordered the coffee combos (coffee + wrap or roll or croissant or sandwich). Highly recommend dropping by checking out this prime spot whenever y'all in the area!

Had their buckwheat waffle and avocado sourdough. The buckwheat waffle has a thicker texture compare to a normal waffle which I think match well with the macadamia crumbs. The avocado sourdough is a bit too greasy to me. The matcha latte was okay. The service and atmosphere was immaculate, overall it was an enjoyable experience. Will certainly visit again.

Personable staff, always so lovely, respectful and polite. The place is usually busy which is a great sign they’re doing well despite hospitality industry hardships. Food is great, and they use my fav beans for coffee. The place is always clean; I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dirty table; the staff are quick to clean up and you only have to wait because of how popular they are.

The smoked salmon eggs benedict were probably the best I have ever had. From the hollandaise sauce to the poached eggs and avocado, everything on the plate was really good. Maybe the only slight letdown was the slice of bread was a tad to thin/crunchy for my liking. All in all, everyone at the table was satisfied with their meals too. And the coffee was pretty good.

80/20 in Braddon is a great location, lovely natural light and a view of passersby. I had a lovely breakfast here with friends the other day. I had a very filling French Toast with Caramelised Banana, Maple Syrup, Berry Jelly, Icing Sugar, Mascarpone, and Vegan icecream. Also a delicious Latte. Whilst a very busy cafe, service was fast and friendly.

Gluten-free heaven. Since staying in Canberra, we have had brunch here every single day. The staff are super lovely and the food is incredible. It’s fresh, healthy and you can tell it’s made with a lot of love. The Buckwheat Waffles are a dream (it turns heads when it comes out of the kithen!) and their watermelon juice is superb. Plenty of options, all super delicious! Highly recommended!

Popped in when I was craving an acai bowl and had so many choices. Great food, delicious coffee. The highlight of my experience was the service. I left something in the cafe and didn't notice until halfway hone to Melbourne. The staff located my item and shipped it home to me immediately. I am forever grateful.
Will make sure to pop in anytime I'm in town!

Lovely cafe with plentiful gluten free options. Staff were knowledgeable re. Coeliac requirements and double checked and flagged with the kitchen that this was a coeliac order. Shared the nachos and french toast with my partner, there wasn’t a thing left on the plate - it was divine! Both dishes were so well balanced. Definitely coming back again

Lovely staff, extensive menu, delicious food. Love the philosophy 80/20 - we ate across the menu and enjoyed the coffee, fresh juices, smoothies and breakfast menu. Everything was of high quality, service fantastic and friendly. This was during school holidays and CoVid challenges July 2020. Highly recommend!

We got to sit outside under the shade of the tree. You order the food from the counter. The service is quick and just as its name shows guests it is 80 per cent healthy and 20 per cent indulgent. The food was fresh, delicious, and generous. I loved its coffee and its choices. Thank you for a great meal.

Dropped in by chance. Ordered an Açai Bowl covered in fresh strawberries and banana. Not generally a fan of such meals, but it was excellent, as was everything else my party ordered. The waffles were phenomenal. Great service, manager replaced a meal that had meat for vegetarian, no troubles. Would be very happy to come again.
